Faulty goods: Coffee machine, model CM-5
Dear Sir or Madam,
On 11 October 2026 I received Coffee machine, model CM-5 for £249.99. The goods are faulty:
The machine leaks water from the base and switches itself off after a few minutes.
The goods are therefore not of satisfactory quality as required by section 9 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
I am exercising my short-term right to reject the goods under section 22 of the Act and ask for a full refund. Please tell me how you will collect the goods or how I should return them at your cost.
Please reply within 14 days. If the matter is not resolved, I reserve my further rights, including a price reduction or the final right to reject.
