  • the purposes of the processing;
  • the categories of personal data;
  • the recipients you have disclosed it to, including any outside the UK;
  • how long you will keep it;
  • where you obtained it, if not from me;
  • whether you use it for automated decision-making, including profiling.

Please send me a copy of the data in a commonly used electronic format. I expect your reply within one month of receiving this request. If you need more information to identify me, please let me know promptly.
