Move-in or move-out inventory (condition report) – free template (Ireland)
A dated inventory with photos at the start and end of a tenancy is the best evidence if there is a dispute about your deposit. Go through it with the landlord or agent, note every mark and both sign. Disputes go to the Residential Tenancies Board (RTB).

Questions
Is this template really free?
Yes. Pflichtblatt is free, has no ads, no sign-up and no tracking. Everything you type stays in your browser; the PDF is created on your device.
What does “Residential Tenancies Board (RTB)” mean?
A deposit may be no more than one month's rent. Every tenancy must be registered with the RTB. If you cannot agree about the deposit or repairs, the RTB resolves the dispute for a small fee.
What does “Eircode” mean?
Every Irish address has a 7-character postcode, such as H91 X2Y3. It helps letters and deliveries arrive. You can look up any Eircode at eircode.ie.
