What does “Residential Tenancies Board (RTB)” mean?

A deposit may be no more than one month's rent. Every tenancy must be registered with the RTB. If you cannot agree about the deposit or repairs, the RTB resolves the dispute for a small fee.

What does “Eircode” mean?

Every Irish address has a 7-character postcode, such as H91 X2Y3. It helps letters and deliveries arrive. You can look up any Eircode at eircode.ie.
