Refund request – flight EA 1450, October 27, 2026
Dear Customer Relations:
My flight EA 1450 from Austin – Chicago on October 27, 2026 (confirmation QWE7RT) was cancelled. I did not accept the alternative you offered and did not travel.
Under the Department of Transportation refund rule (14 C.F.R. Part 260) I request a full refund of $412.60 to my original form of payment within 7 business days. A travel credit or voucher is not acceptable.
If I do not receive the refund, I will file a complaint with the U.S. Department of Transportation.
Sincerely,
Maria Gonzalez
